Getting Ready for The Capitol!!!

Lots of fun working on all those songs for the holidays! Listening to the students working on the Hebrew songs of Chanuka helps make the spirit of the holidays more real :) Unfortunately there are no pictures to be posted yet. When the students bring their signed video release forms, I can post more pictures of the group on more occasions. Something to look forward to...also, maybe a video of our performance at the Capitol! Be sure to comment on this post!

News of late...

The Chorus has been going through some transitions lately with those students who do not like to sing. It is strange that they would choose to be in chorus though...
Announcements were made today that students cannot change out of chorus until the semester ends...too bad though, they do not know what they will be missing >:)





We are scheduled to perform at Palo Verde High School on November 19, 2009. The time is TBA, but our transportation is Sun Tran! We are also scheduled to sing at the State Capitol on December 2, 2009. Any parent who would like to chaperone, please call Mr. Levario! His numbers are on the permission slips sent out today!

Zoo Performance canceled

Sorry kiddos and parents!
Due to some things between "facilities management" of both TUSD and the City of Tucson,
the performance section of the TUSD Festival of Schools was canceled. Nothing really clear on the details, but it does give us some time to work on the TUSD Choral Festival at Palo Verde on November 19. Details on that event soon!
